Try this chopped salad for a shared dinner. Light a candle, put on some music, pour two glasses of Chardonnay and enjoy dinner!
Salad:
1 can water-packed tuna
1/3c. chopped cucumber
1/3c. chopped tomato
1/3c. chopped avocado
1/3c. chopped celery
1/3c. chopped mixed peppers
4c. chopped romaine lettuce leaves
2c. chopped Chinese cabbage (Napa)
Dressing:
4t. extra-virgin olive oil
2T. fresh lime juice
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2t. black pepper
1/4t. ground turmeric
1/4t. yellow mustard seeds
To make salad: Layer salad ingredients in a nice bowl.
To make dressing: Mix ingredients till blended. Drizzle over salad
